Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide students a deep understanding of computer networks, communication protocols and topologies.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to describe network elements, network types and network topologies.
  • Will be able to get knowledge on OSI reference model and layers.
  • Will be able to comprehend network devices and network addressing issues.
  • Will be able to describe network sharing and security issues.
  • Will be able to get knowledge on network peripherals.
Course Description This course includes the concepts of computer networks, networks addresses, and network cables. Networks security will also be discussed in this course.
