Course Objectives The aim of the course is to introduce the concepts of business management and design management, general information about the design department in shoe / sliver enterprises or the management of design operation.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to explain the basic principles of design management
  • Will be able to list the functions of management
  • Will be able to explain competitive strategies
  • Will be able to outline the innovation concept
  • Will be able to describe the points to be noted in the planning-implementation-control phases of the design
Course Description This course includes concepts of design management, competition strategies, concept of innovation, new product development, planning in the design department, implementation and supervision.
