    Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach the students the issues to be considered in the production and use of steel structures.

    2Will be able to list the factors that affect the fatigue of steel structures,
    3Will be able to describe corrosion protection methods in steel structures,
    4Will be able to explain the issues to be considered in the protection of steel structures against fire,
    5Will be able to discuss issues to be considered when joining steel structures,
    6Will be able to apply basic design rules of steel construction elements.
    Course Description In this course, students are taught the production methods of steel, the requirements for safe use in operating conditions, the methods of joining steels and the design criteria of basic steel constructions.
