The Radio and Television Programming program of Izmir University of Economics (IUE) Vocational School has successfully passed the inspection conducted by the Communication Research Association (ILAD) and has been accredited. 

Sarp Apak and Ahmet Mümtaz Taylan, the actors of the film ‘Ölümlü Dünya 2’ (Mortal World 2), which has garnered significant attention from film enthusiasts since the day it was first released, met with university students in Izmir. 

Izmir University of Economics (IUE) Vocational School held one of the biggest design and creativity festivals in the city. 500 students participating in the two-day festival called ‘UNIGRAPH’, met with experts in their fields in the advertising, graphic and film industries, and held joint workshops.

Hilal Yapıcıoğlu and Doğukan Sözen, students of Izmir University of Economics (IUE) Radio and Television Programming, worked as 'production assistants' in the shooting of the worldwide television program The Amazing Race Australia in Izmir.

IUE Lecturer Emre Küheylan was invited as a curator and speaker to the world-famous photography festival called 'Photolux' to be held in Italy. 

'Turkish coffee', which has become one of the indispensable values ​​of our culture, inherited from centuries ago, and 'coffee fortune-telling', which many people have made a habit of, became the subject of a documentary by young directors from Izmir. 

Emre Küheylan, Lecturer at Izmir University of Economics (IUE), who has works that made a difference in photography, whose works are exhibited in many countries and has curated many international festivals, is the first Turkish person to be selected for the jury of the "International Photography Awards", one of the most prestigious photography competitions in the world.
