Course Objectives | This course aims to provide the knowledge and capabilities on the planning and executing the tasks such as reservation, ticketing, ticket-baggage operations, apron terminal services, coordination of flight services, handling services, special service applications and enabling coordination with units during the flight operations, enabling loading and controlling of load, coordinating the airplane parking places with air controlling units, monitoring of delayed flights. It is aimed to educate the sophisticated candidates who will work for the management of businesses and ground operations in the aviation sector; making decisions quickly, thinking conceptually and executing the activities at the operational level. |

Course Description | Cover the operational units and the definitions of services on ground services, equipment and apron vehicles of airport ground services, IATA, passport, visa, airport tax, procedures on customs operations, flight safety, flight irregularities, problem solving techniques, monitoring and execution units. |
