Welcome to Property Management Degree
The program aims to educate and qualify students who will be able to contribute to customer value and satisfaction for the needs of contemporary real-estate business and governmental environment, can theoretically and practically use the tools of sales and marketing; and have experiences on the strategic knowledge of management and ethics.
Graduates have job opportunities in a wide range of public and private sectors. The institutions in these sectors range from governmental to private institutions such as General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, General Directorate of National Real Estate, General Directorate of Agricultural Reform, Local Real Estate Authority, Re/Max and Turyap.
Graduates of the program are also welcomed to continue their faculty-level educations by entering to a national exam of ÖSYM (Assessment, Selection and Placement Center) in Turkey. Programs are Real Estate and Evaluation of Assets, Business Administration, Business Information Management, Business Informatics, Business-Economics, and Land Registry Cadastre.
