At global and local levels, there have been rapid growths in the market and finance of real estate, which is a field of business managing land, housing, trade- and services-buildings. Accordingly, real estate and real estate management as a sector needs educated and qualified individuals in the fields of marketing and management of real estate.
For the local citizens of Turkish Republic, the program accepts students from the national university exams coordinated by ÖSYM (Assessment, Selection and Placement Center). For the international applications please visit the international office’s webpage.
After completing the program successfully, students have a chance to hold their faculty-level degrees of Real Estate and Evaluation of Assets, Business Administration, Business Information Management, Business Informatics, Business-Economics, and Land Registry Cadastre in Turkey by entering the exam of DGS (External Transfer Exam ) coordinated by ÖSYM (Assessment, Selection and Placement Center).
All students have to complete their compulsory 40-days-internship program for the graduation. Institutions for the internship must be met/approved by the İzmir University of Economics and Technology, The Commission of Internship.
