Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach basic theories and concepts related to the ground service management.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To learn check-in, baggage operations and passenger acceptence to the plane
  • Learning cargo and mail services, flight operations, the load control and communication services
  • Having information about the ground service regulation
Course Description Check-in, baggage operations, passenger acceptence to the airplane; loading, unloading, stairs cleaning, air services, cargo and mail services, flight operations, load control and communication services training.
