Course Objectives In this course students will learn how to reduce human error in aircraft accidents and carnage, it aims to be knowledgeable about issues related to flight safety and to minimize the parallel development of skills related to flight safety.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to gain theoretical knowledge about CRM.
  • Will be able to learn safety policy proactive behavior-sterile-cockpit resting on our laurels - automation - safety chain chain
  • Will be able to apply persistence / stability - decision-risk management-leadership-professionalism-workload and stress management time management
  • Will be able to learn communication - crowd-control briefs / what-cultural differences
  • Will be able to learn Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) / De-Icing / Anti-Icing.
Course Description According to the conceptual model of human factors in aviation "Shell", students will learn human aviation and company procedures, with the machine, using all the skills in the relationship with the environment. Profession, Time Management, Communication, Communication and perception differences, Tiredness, work evaluation management, risk management, decision, automation, nutrition, food habit, briefing, de-briefing.
