Course Objectives Airlines businesses, aims to inform air transport systems and logistics management.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to have knowledge of airlines and air transport systems.
  • will be able to discuss the process of the airline business.
  • will be able to understand logistics management operations.
  • will be able to classify logistics activities.
Course Description Operational departments and service descriptions of the ground services, airport ground services equipment and apron vehicles, IATA, passports, visas, airport taxes, procedures related to customs procedures, flight safety, flight irregularities, problem-solving techniques, covers the supervision and management departments.
