Course Objectives | This course aims to educate the students with basic concepts about supply chain, the components of supply chain, understanding the problems and decision areas concerning it, successful supply chain planning and managing. |

Course Description | This course is consisted of supply chain activities and management issues. Introduction to physical distribution and logistics, logistics systems, order management and customer service, distribution centres and warehouses, logistics costs, third-party service and choice and improvement of supply, demand management, quick response, strategic alliances and performance measurements will be focused. |
