Course Objectives This lecture aims to provide students with the qualifications in areas such as title deed fees and stamp tax, turkish tax system, tax incentive legislation and filling estate declaration forms, fundamentals of income tax.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Wiil be able to sort steps of estate buying and selling,
  • Wiil be able to define Turkish tax system,
  • Wiil be able to explain fundamentals of estate tax,
  • Wiil be able to interpret fundamentals of realty fund,
  • Wiil be able to compare building taxes and land taxes.
Course Description This lecture contains the subjects such as title deed fees and revenue stamps, deed and buying value, Turkish tax system, tax incentive legislation, fundamentals of income tax, fundamentals of estate taxes, title deed fees and stamp tax.
