| Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the functioning of the front office department, reservation processes, room pricing, and revenue indicators in accommodation establishments, and to carry out profile creation, reservation, room blocking, check-in, check-out, folio/cashier, reporting, and night audit procedures through a hotel management system/PMS in a practical manner. |
